• Dec 2016 - Till Date Preparing RFP for Supply Chain and APO implementation of global template for a leading pharmaceutical company. Prepared proposal and fixed fee estimates.
• Aug 2016 - Nov 2016 Short term engagement with a client in Houston, TX assessing the existing SAP ecosystem in preparation for upcoming reimplementation. Provided guidance to leadership to define the business case and setup the vendor evaluation/selection process to be initiated late Q1 2017.

  since Q1 2015 heading all functions of IT i.e. IT Program Delivery, IT Operations & Support, Enterprise Information and Business Solutions Management
• Recently defined the new IT organization for North America as the company is getting ready to legally separate into two legal entities in 2016

• Championed Org Change Management (OCM) workstream including change impact assessment (process, people and external constituents) during blueprint and build. Managed change impact with executive business stakeholders and ensured the changes to internal business are managed through comprehensive hands-on training and also changes to customers and business partners are managed effectively. Provided guidance and oversight to training, communications and OCM teams to ensure change is managed in a structured manner during final preparation and cutover phases. This engagement leveraged our proprietary OCM templates for change impact assessment and templates for managing business stakeholder expectations.
• Received several accolades from entire management team for completing large IT transformation programs with quality and also achieving 100% business operational efficiency within weeks after GoLive
• Vast experience working with outsourced IT vendors that covers production support, infrastructure, networking and select application development with maintenance

Reviewed the change impact and execution of change management plan through end user training and thorough stakeholder management protocols. Developed iii Tech proprietary OCM templates along with internal peers to manage change impact assessment to process, systems, resources and customers.
